Our National Schools Programme empowers teachers to inspire creativity in primary school children and young people up and down the country, for free. It covers each area of creativity at the Royal Opera House, giving tens of thousands of children the chance to discover, question and respond to the power of opera and ballet, as well as the stagecraft that sits behind.
Last year we reached over 30,000 students, 8,000
teachers, 600 schools, and covered the length and breadth of the country.
